Delete Your Account

Permanently delete your account and all associated data from any BBL Technology app.

⚠️

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including your profile, usage history, AI-generated content, and subscription information will be permanently deleted. Active subscriptions will not be automatically refunded — please cancel your subscription before deleting your account.

Submit a Deletion Request

Fill in the form below and we will process your account deletion within 30 days.

Or Delete Directly From the App

Open the App & Sign In

Open the BBL Technology app on your device and make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Profile / Settings

Tap the Profile or Settings icon — usually in the bottom navigation bar or top-right corner of the app.

Find "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of the Settings or Profile screen to find the "Delete Account" option.

Confirm Deletion

Tap "Delete Account" and confirm the prompt. You may be asked to re-enter your password for security.

What Happens After Deletion?

  • Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
  • Some data may be retained for up to 7 years where required by Hong Kong law (e.g., financial transaction records).
  • AI-generated content and your usage history will be permanently removed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
  • You may re-register after deletion, but your previous data cannot be restored.

Cancel Your Subscription First

Before deleting your account, cancel any active subscriptions to avoid future charges:

  • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Select the app → Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store → Menu (☰) → Subscriptions → Select the app → Cancel Subscription
