4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some of our apps offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your app store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. BBL does not process refunds directly.
• Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BBL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN ANY CASE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BBL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR HK$100 IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
